This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. Information you give us
When you use the appointment form, you may enter your name, phone number, the treatment you need, a preferred date and a short message. This website does not store these details on any server. When you press "Send Request via WhatsApp", the details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and they reach the clinic only if you choose to send that message.
If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to share, as with any phone call or chat.
3. How we use your information
- To confirm, schedule or change your appointment.
- To answer your questions about treatments, timings or fees.
- To send reminders about follow-up visits you have asked for.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for marketing. We do not send promotional messages without your consent.
4. Health information
Please do not send sensitive medical records through the website form. Any health details you share with the clinic are kept confidential and used only for your care, as required of registered medical practitioners.
